Paradox Live Wiki

Tsubaki Saimon (西門 椿 Saimon Tsubaki, née 悠月[1] Yuzuki) is a minor character in the Paradox Live series. She is the deceased wife of Naoakira Saimon and a former member of the now-disbanded group XXXX.

History[]

In the past, Tsubaki was part of a group called XXXX (Pronounced Quadra-X) with her husband Naoakira and Yohei.

Tsubaki had participated in clinical trials for the testing of phantometals, believing that the phantom lives could fulfill her dream of bringing people together with music. This led to her developing metal erosion, which one day resulted in her collapsing while playing the piano with Yohei. Tsubaki was taken to a hospital funded by Alter Trigger Company. Though she underwent treatment, her condition ultimately worsened and became terminal, causing her to become weak and gradually lose her memories like meeting Naoakira and Yohei’s name. Despite everything, Tsubaki did not regret her decisions and still believed her participation in the research could help achieve her dream. In the end, Naoakira wanted to cease her suffering and made the decision to turn off her life support.[1]

After Tsubaki’s passing, XXXX was disbanded. Now reformed as The Cat’s Whiskers along with Ryu and Shiki, Naoakira and Yohei continue to pursue the dream Tsubaki once had.
