Shingo Suiseki is a minor character in the Paradox Live series. He was the former head of the Suiseki clan that Akanyatsura is associated with. He was killed in an attack against the group that occurred 2 years before the main story.
The group members refer to him as Oyaji (オヤジ, Old man).
