Team Profile[]
In prison, their skills were acknowledged by taking the top ranks in Prison Rap. Heavy rap is let out based on dissatisfaction to society and anger to its circumstances. They overwhelmed the stage with abundant individuality and a radical lyricism.

Even when cornered, aggressive dogs can still be responsive
Discrimination and prejudice. Ignorance and defamation.
Being berated by impudent gazes from all sides will slowly eat away at your mind.
Dream? Hopes? Love? Destiny?
Would it be better if we legitimately believed we could have things in this world that are elegant and hospitable?
It’s already been decided who will be born with the freedom of choice.
It’d be easier to die than to try and change your life.
“I want someone that will understand me.”
“I want people to see me for who I am.”
In prison, if you are unable to voice a desire as small as that, you’d be holding your breath in vain.

- Kenta is the trackmaker of the group, while lyrics are written by Ryoga and Shion.[2]
- Ryoga, Kenta, Shion, and Inukai all share a similar resentment towards the society which has outcasted them all their life. In Gokuluck's winning manifesto, Inukai makes this clear: "The world shuns us just cause we're a little different from those around us. We remember every second of resentment we've received. The world normal is thrown around to separate us from those assholes, and Gokuluck exists to make them reconsider".[3]
- All members of Gokuluck have named based on dogs (save for Inukai, whose name literally means "dog keeper" or "dog feeder," derived from inu, dog and kai, to feed, to keep, or to nurture. Shion's surname Kaida is likely in reference to the Kai Ken, one of the six native Japanese dog breeds protected by the Nihon Ken Hozonkai. Kenta is sort of self explanatory (Mikoshiba Kenta = Shibaken). Ryoga's surname, Tosa, is likely a reference to the Tosa Ken, which is a dog bred for fighting.
